Both my wife and myself want you to know how grateful we are for all that you have done for us. We do thank our God when we think of you.
Last year, at almost the same time, we started out having to replace our entire heating/cooling system.
The thought of having to start off the same way this year with the roof was really weighing on my wife. So we wanted to say thanks again for everything you did for us.
We are so relieved that the roof is repaired and no longer an ongoing hassle. When we hear of people looking for a roofer / contractor I will be sure to give them your name and a great reference.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much your kindness has changed my life. Please convey my deepest thanks to the pastor, I’m sorry I don’t know his name, of the church in St. Pete, I believe in paying forward and boy, did you all pay forward with me.
We have had two days of rain and thunderstorms. The peace of not having to worry about my old leaky roof anymore is indescribable.
I have had to actually remind myself that I don’t have to worry about putting towels behind my microwave because the water coming down my kitchen wall from behind the kitchen cabnets could start an electrical fire.
Thank the Lord that only started within the past 6 months, so there is no damage to my cabinets. All my neighbors are stopping me and telling me how great the new roof looks.
My oldest daughter, came over Saturday and the first thing she said when she came through the front door was how much better the house looks with the new roof on!
When I take my walks around the neighborhood I keep going all different ways so I can see my new roof from all the different sides of the house.

My name is George Demeritte. I had some roof work done by Grace Built Construction. A friend from Calvary Chapel recommended Brian Dault, the owner of Grace Built Construction, and so I met with him and told him of my situation. We got together one day at my convenience and Brian assessed the damage to my roof and gave me a very fair offer.
Now realize, until then, my roof had a tarp and bricks holding the tarp down, but when I came home one day the tarp along with bricks were neatly folded and stacked, and there was no trash of any kind in my yard or my neighbors and a card on my door with Brian’s name on it. I called him and thanked him for doing such a great job. What’s funny is it really almost looked the same as the original, minus the tarp and bricks, he had gone so far as to match up the new shingles with the existing shingles.
I really have to say that Brian Dault does great work. He is fair in his pricing and very professional, courteous and honest. Honesty goes along way in my book. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend grace built construction for all your home repairs. Yeeeeehaaaa my roof doesn’t leak anymore. Thanks again brian.
